Envision Garland survey available for residents

A survey for Envision Garland, Garland's citywide effort to develop a comprehensive plan addressing the opportunities and issues facing the city, is available at www.envisiongarland.org. Residents 18 and older are encouraged to submit the survey to the city planning department before Saturday. Property owners and business owners are also encouraged to participate in Envision Garland.
